NHI Governance builds Sentinel NHI, the control plane for AI agents and other non-human identities. Our view is simple: the more an agent can do, the more clearly someone must decide what it may do, and the more precisely it must be recorded.
Why we exist
Agents outgrew the tools built for people
Identity and access management was designed for employees and services that behave predictably. AI agents reason, choose their own next step, delegate to other agents and can be steered by what they read.
Organisations want agents to issue refunds, answer customers, run operations and move money. They cannot do that responsibly with shared API keys and hope. We built Sentinel so that every agent has an owner, every action has a decision, every risky action has a person, and every decision has evidence.
